Dr. Un Yong Kim was praised for bringing the World Taekwondo Federation into the world spot light, and bringing modern Taekwondo Sport to the forefront of the global conversation.  Should Taekwondo be united under one umbrella? These are the questions explored during this historic 1999 limited release Collectors issue featuring the First President of the World Taekwondo Federation Dr. Un Yong Kim.

Since this issue was published the WTF founder has been clouded with controversy.  In 2004 he was charge with embezzlement, and to this day his family is trying to restore his name from this tarnished issue.
